Project Co-ordinator II (Ref. 250000JI) (Closing date: April 8, 2025)
The Office of University General Education (OUGE) is inviting applications for a Project Co-ordinator II to provide support to the General Education (GE) programmes and initiatives administered by the Office.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating tasks related to course and programme administration, development, and student matters; (b) providing secretarial support to committees and working groups; (c) providing executive support to quality assurance work, including assessment moderations and programme reviews; (d) organising events and activities; and (e) performing other assigned duties.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) an excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; (iii) good computer skills; (iv) solid post-qualification experience in committee work, course administration, and/or quality assurance of academic programmes; (v) a strong sense of responsibility and initiative; and (vi) strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written tests on Chinese and English proficiency.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
