Personal Assistant (Travel Required) - Private Equity Firm
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder on all round personal and family matters, as well as contract/ agreement review.

Description
- Perform all round secretarial and administrative support
- Travel to different destinations for house renovation, meeting venue liaison and other projects
- Manage complex calendar and meeting appointments
- Manage hectic travel (hotel, flights, transportation) arrangements including exploring venues and restaurant choices
- Handle personal and family matters including but not limited to household coordination (drivers, helpers), visas, yacht management, gift arrangement, medical checks arrangement etc.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements
- Process invoices and payments
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Profile
- Legal work background/ education preferred
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Highly flexible, adaptable, detail-minded with can-do spirit
- Able to keep things confidential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
