Description
- Act as the account manager to understand client needs and challenges, business objectives and provide professional advice on rewards, job grading and design, employee compensation, executive compensation, workforce analytics, change management, and other required assignments
- Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and ensure superior relationship management
- Perform duties on extensive employee data analysis, market research, interpret large datasets and provide meaningful insights and indications from various employee and salary survey
- Participate in client presentations and provide areas for improvements, recommendations, action plans in line with clients' corporate strategies
- Support senior leaders on preparation of presentation materials, workshops, external meetings and other special projects
- Assist Directors in business development initiatives and activities, with other ad hoc support
Profile
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related principles
- Around 8 year of HR/Consulting experience; preferably in international environment; financial services experience will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in talent management, Rewards, HR consulting or related areas
- Professional Excel skills, capable in analysing large employee data, and sensitive to numbers
- Excellent spoken and presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, problem solving, fast paced environment
