We are looking for Marketing Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years managerial level in sales, marketing or merchandising experience in toys preferably toys manufacturers
Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build strong client relationships.
Experience in soft toys and plastic toys is a plus
Report to General Manager
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and EU
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales KPI and growth objectives in the US and EU markets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US and EU.
Merchandising: Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote Company products in the US and EU.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve KPI
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in the US and EU markets.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Work based in Dongguan factory with frequent trips to HK office & Vietnam factory

Annual leave : 16 days
13 months salary + performance bonus
