Our client is an established medical aesthetic services company with aesthetic clinics in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and targets customer acquisition.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and CRM initiatives.
• Utilize customer data and insights to develop targeted customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and conversion goals.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms.
• Generate regular reports on KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.

Profile

• The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in integrated marketing, CRM and Digital Marketing with at least 4 years of experience in managerial grade in beauty and medical aesthetic industries.
• Data-driven and strong track record in customer acquisition and digital marketing strategies.
• Solid CRM/ loyalty program management background preferred.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
