We are looking for MARKETING EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Work in Sales & Marketing Team
Provide professional service to assigned overseas clients and brands from US and Europe.
Participate in projects by coordinating between factories and customers, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Follow up on orders from initiation to shipment completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up actions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Issue and follow up on quotations to secure business deals.
Work closely with factories to oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Coordinate project development, prototypes, and delivery follow-ups to ensure product specifications are met.
Report to Marketing Manager
Diploma or above is preferable
1+ years marketing, sales, merchandising, order processing, customer service...etc in trading or manufacturing companies for US/EU market
Proven experience in coordinating between Chinese factories and overseas customers.
Experience in serving global fashion brands is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of ERP or SAP is a plus
Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
Occassional China trip is required
