We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :

The Job :

Position Overview: You will oversee our quality operations at our Vietnam factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality across all production processes.
Department Leadership: Lead the Quality Department and manage its activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with a cross-functional team to manage quality issues in New Production Introductions (NPI) program, resolving issues in material or process to successfully reach mass production.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with the Purchasing and Engineering Team to develop local sourcing and manage supplier quality issues.
Control Plans Development: Establish control plans based on customer requirements and PFMEA for incoming, in-process, outgoing, and reliability inspection.
Process Control Implementation: Drive the implementation of process control in critical processes that impact product quality.
Continuous Improvement: Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
Issue Resolution: Manage field returns and complaints, and troubleshoot technical problems.
Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and routine checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Educational Background: Degree holder in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related subjects.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably incluing supplier and product quality. Solid experience in managing quality issues during NPI launches.
Technical skill: Proficient understanding of PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA quality tools.
Language skill: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (including Mandarin) is advantageous.
