Job Duties:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of legal and compliance role for HK office
  • Oversee the legal & compliance audit functions; manage all internal and external audits such as ISO and JSOX
  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, company policies & regulations and other legal documents
  • Advice business units on legal & compliance and regulatory issues and contracting matters
  • Provide legal advice and support for management decision making
  • Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and other professional advisors
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments if required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance, Audit or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; with hand-on experience in legal and compliance or audit or Accounting & Finance field 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 or above
  • Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • More experiences candidate will be conisdered as Manager position
