Job Duties:
- Responsible for a full spectrum of legal and compliance role for HK office
- Oversee the legal & compliance audit functions; manage all internal and external audits such as ISO and JSOX
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, company policies & regulations and other legal documents
- Advice business units on legal & compliance and regulatory issues and contracting matters
- Provide legal advice and support for management decision making
- Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and other professional advisors
- Handle ad-hoc assignments if required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance, Audit or other related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; with hand-on experience in legal and compliance or audit or Accounting & Finance field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 or above
- Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
- More experiences candidate will be conisdered as Manager position
