Our client is a large commercial group. They are currently hiring a Innovation Lead to drive business transformation across their international multi-business portfolio.

Description

• Develop and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization with focus on international business/ investment portfolio, manage cross-division Proof-of-Concepts to explore and implement new technologies, not limit to AI and Data Intelligence
• Drive Product Development Cycle. Accountable from Strategy & Design.Market Intelligence research on emerging technology solutions and startup innovations to benchmark product features, capabilities, and design. Identify pain points of industry players for product ideas.
• Outspoken to make presentations and stay connected with industry and tech leaders to explore potential collaborations

Profile

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Management or relevant disciplines
• 6+ years' experience in Technology, Business/ Digital Transformation
• Strong in Managing Consulting, Strategy & Planning
• Sound track record in successful use case of AI and Data Intelligence Platform Enablement;
• Strong in digital product management; accountable from product design and strategy development, orchestrating multiple teams on product development
• Strong commercial sense in latest market trends and emerging technologies, strong in user communication with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Confident in speaking up/ making presentations/ raising ideas; Connections with prior collaborations across proptech/ fintech start ups/ industry players is a plus
• Adaptive, innovative and logical
• Start up/ consulting experience is a plus
• Fintech/ Property/ Venture Capital/ Asset Management industry background is a plus
• Overseas market experience is a plus
• Good command in Chinese and English
