Description
As the functional leader of digital marketing, the Associate Director (referred as "you" below)'s key objective is to drive digital acquisitions for the firm's products through Paid Media (including, Display Ad, Paid Search/SEM and Paid Social), Social Engine Optimization (SEO), Programmatic Media Buy, Affiliate Marketing/Partnership, Customer Referral Programs (MGM) and other tools in line with market trends.
While capturing customer's attention and influencing their decisions using the above methods, you will also manage acquisition costs and campaign performance using analytics tools. Through data analysis and performance tracking, you will modify digital marketing tactics and provide product enhancement recommendations. Based on your performance tracking and data analytics, you will explore varying partnership with external vendors such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA) agreements or other forms of partnership to optimize advertising spending.
In addition to above core duties, the Associate Director will lead a Senior Manager which focuses on Social Media. Through this capable Senior Manager, your digital team will drive online engagement through compelling and viral contents, influencers' campaign, and Paid Social. It will be the Associate Director's duty to stay on top of social trends and motivate the team to drive businesses through creativity.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably from financial services industry. Candidates from other industries are also welcome as long as they demonstrate solid track record in driving digital performance in a consumer-facing industry. Solid capability in Digital Marketing means the ability to lead and be hands-on in Paid Media (including, Display Ad, Paid Search/SEM and Paid Social), Social Engine Optimization (SEO), Programmatic Media Buy, Affiliate Marketing/Partnership, and Customer Referral Programs (MGM).
The firm requires technical skills in social media content management, customer data platform, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, etc.
As a leader of the team, the position requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity and critical thinking. A successful applicant would possess strong business instincts developed through past experience which allows him/her to adapt to changing marketing conditions.
This position requires Bachelor's degree and excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese included).
