Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration and human resources support
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll and leave
- Handle timesheet and attendance record;
- Assist in the attendance administration, tax return
- Assist in the new staff medical and MPF enrollment
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Provide support in ad hoc HR assignments or projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in PC applications including Word, strong in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge or experience in HRIS is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Organized, independent and with excellent problem solving and communication skills
