Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and human resources support
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll and leave
  • Handle timesheet and attendance record;
  • Assist in the attendance administration, tax return
  • Assist in the new staff medical and MPF enrollment
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Provide support in ad hoc HR assignments or projects


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in PC applications including Word, strong in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge or experience in HRIS is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Organized, independent and with excellent problem solving and communication skills
