Job Synopsis
Reporting to the Director, the Administration Manager is responsible for managing a varied workload, supervising the head office administration department and advising subsidiaries and sites on office operations.
Responsibilities
- Recommend and develop administration strategies, policies and procedures aligned with the Group's business needs and strategy.
- Review and implement administrative operations. Ensure a high quality of service is delivered.
- Provide a full range of administrative and operational support to team members to ensure the efficient delivery of administrative functions including but not limited to office refurbishment, facilities management, supplier management, central procurement, courier arrangements, security control, stationery supply and document storage management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incoming document circulation and filing system for both head office and site offices to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Supervise and advise site offices on administrative and operational issues.
- Organize company events and activities.
- Report regularly to senior management.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management/Finance with at least 8 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations. Previous working experience in construction industry will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under pressure and with multi-tasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
