This role involves driving innovation, managing risk, and leading a global team to ensure robust cybersecurity measures across the organization.

Description

• Define and maintain the global WASP strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business goals.
• Own the WASP investment roadmap, prioritize risk reduction, and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Foster innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and solutions, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with DevOps and external partners to embed security best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the end-to-end operation of WASP, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance.
• Lead and inspire a global team of cybersecurity experts, promoting a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep technical background in web application security and a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-national technology teams. They possess strong stakeholder management skills, a mature understanding of risk and controls, and the ability to drive innovation in complex environments. Prior experience in financial institutions is not required, but expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies is essential.
