This is a senior HRBP position where you will lead a small team to provide HR advisory for multiple locations in Asia, total headcount of over 3000 headcount.

Our client is a major player in their field with strong presence across the globe. They now seek an HRBP expert to drive ongoing change & transformation, organization redesign and other initiatives around talent management, engagement and succession planning.

Description

Reporting to the Head of HRBP, Greater China, you will lead a team of 3-4 HRBPs to provide advisory and support to the business in multiple locations in Asia. You will stay close to the business to understand their talent and market situation,and partner with the COE counterparts to drive stronger talent attraction, performance management, employer branding, retention ,talent development and succession planning strategies to bullet proof the company's talent pool and longer term business development. You will be a crucial part of the senior HR team to spearhead initiatives such as young talent program, employee engagement survey, DE&I, well being and culture programs along with your peers globally. With the new HRIS launched previously, you role is to fully utilize the HR data for detailed analysis and provide data driven insights to facilitate business decisions. You will also be involved in future M&As in the region and required to travel when required.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15-18 years of regional HR experience gained from sizable multinational organizations with a sizable headcount of over 2500 employees. Candidates with industry experience in industrial , construction, manufacturing, engineering, property development, IT&T or other industries with a technical workforce will be highly sought after. You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record in delivering successful programs across performance management, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, HRBP advice which resulted in better organization development, talent attraction, engagement, development and retention for the company. You will be a true HRBP with a strong commercial mindset with excellent influencing, communication, presentation and numerical skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
