Description
This role will take responsibility for managing:
- Commercially, you will manage Hong Kong revenue (growth), short and medium term planning, new business acquisition
- Operationally, you will manage a leadership team of sector experts (B2B/B2G) and influence a large scale workforce
- Maintain close working relationships with key clients and perspective organisations as you look to grow your current portfolio
- Ensure that operational excellence, safety and quality guidelines are in place and adhered to
- Mentor, develop and promote your team
- Create and maintain a company culture of respect, hard work and fun
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A University Degree or higher
- 20 plus years of experience including time in an international organisation (Global MNC)
- Experience in facilities related (food catering, cleaning, guarding, general building management) roles
- Prior experience in both B2B and B2G account management (banks, gov't, hospitals, commercial buildings, etc)
- People leadership and team management of a large scale workforce
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for people and their development
- Fluency is Cantonese and English is a must
