THE COMPANY :
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Guangdong factory : 3000-4000 workers
- Main markets : US, Europe and Japan
- We are looking ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Engineering Director.
- Lead one of the Engineering teams in the China factory. Manage OEM/ODM toy projects, oversee new product design and development, and coordinate with overseas and local customers.
- Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas and local customers.
- Responsible for new product design and development, monitoring development schedules and cost control.
- Tertiary education in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years engineering related experience in the toy industry.
- Strong mechanical design abilities, with knowledge in electronic/soft toy products.
- Knowledge in 3D engineering software including Pro-E and SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in supervising a team of China engineers.
- Work based in Guangdong factory with frequent trips to Hong Kong office for meetings
- Alternative Sat off
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
