THE JOB :

• Reporting to both the Director in Vietnam and the Group CFO in Hong Kong Headquarters
• Oversee & execute all aspects of financial and accounting operations of our two factories in Vietnam. 
• Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective internal controls, managing cash flow, and developing financial budgets. 
• Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the establishment and replication of the financial and accounting reporting systems at the factory to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Review / implement proper internal control in operational SOP.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, manufacturing costing analysis, tax reports, and other statutory documents, including monthly and annual P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements, ensuring all accounts and reports adhere to statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Spearhead the monitoring and forecasting of cash flow, determining and controlling the optimal structure of the company's liabilities and capital. Effectively manage company funds while mitigating financial risks.
• Oversee the preparation of corporate income tax (CIT) finalization reports, monitoring all tax-related issues to ensure comprehensive compliance.
• Provide support and guidance during both external and internal audits, and advise on tax-related matters and concerns.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a qualification of ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in garment or textiles industry
• Knowledge in Vietnamese accounting practices, standards, tax regulations, and related statutory requirements.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Proficient of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Station Vietnam (1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City)
