- Position: Customer Service Executive(s)
- Responsibilities: Based in the service center to answer customer enquiries; arrange repair and maintenance of products
- $14K. bonus, medical
Requirements
- Secondary educated
- Relevant front-line CS experience preferred but not a must as training will be provided
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (include Putonghua)
- Candidates without experience but possess strong interest in customer services are also welcome
