The Job
  • Client: Call Center for 1) Hotel, 2) Public Utilities, 3) e-Payment platform, 4) IT Services
  • Position: Customer Service Officer
  • Responsibilities: Answering inbound call (No selling), handling customers' inquiries and resolving complaints:
    • Hotel: reservation and facilities bookings (day shift)
    • Public Utilities: installation and maintenance services, billing (day shift)
    • e-Payment: account opening, billing (day shift)
    • IT Services: system technical support (day / night shift)
    • Virtual Bank: eBanking services (day / night shift)
  • $15-20K. 5 days per week. Medical. Bonus

Requirements
  • Secondary educated or above
  • 1 year experience in customer services
  • Good communication and phone manner
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willing to work on shift hours and public holidays.
