The Job- Client: Call Center for 1) Hotel, 2) Public Utilities, 3) e-Payment platform, 4) IT Services
- Position: Customer Service Officer
- Responsibilities: Answering inbound call (No selling), handling customers' inquiries and resolving complaints:
- Hotel: reservation and facilities bookings (day shift)
- Public Utilities: installation and maintenance services, billing (day shift)
- e-Payment: account opening, billing (day shift)
- IT Services: system technical support (day / night shift)
- Virtual Bank: eBanking services (day / night shift)
- $15-20K. 5 days per week. Medical. Bonus
Requirements- Secondary educated or above
- 1 year experience in customer services
- Good communication and phone manner
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to work on shift hours and public holidays.
