Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for HR services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present ERP , SAP and HR service offerings to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in PASS, SAAS( ERP, SAP) , HR services or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of HR practices and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
