Company Overview

Deep understanding and knowledge of HR related business processes in Hong Kong , China as well as overseas, and finance management in order to be the bridge of communication between business and finance, to ensure the smooth progress of business activities and accurate recording of financial data.

  1. Proficient in the relevant policies and tax policies of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Mainland and Hong Kong , worked in the relevant human resources industry and engaged in relevant financial work (more than 5 years of work experience), able to establish an effective communication mechanism between the business department and the financial department to ensure smooth information exchange between the two parties.
  2. Able to optimize business processes and financial management processes, business and financial integration personnel can help enterprises improve work efficiency and reduce unnecessary administrative burdens, thereby improving the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise.
  3. Ensuring that business activities comply with financial regulations and internal control requirements will help enterprises avoid risks of violations and ensure compliance.
  4. Have relevant experience in using ERP, CRM and EOR and have built relevant business and financial systems, and effectively manage business between Hong Kong and Mainland.
  5. Through organizing training activities, employees' understanding and application capabilities of business and financial integration can be improved, ensuring that employees can use relevant systems and tools to promote the in-depth implementation of business and financial integration.

 

首席業務和財務整合官

  1. 對內地, 香港及海外人力資源相關業務流程和財務管理有深入的了解和了解,以成為業務與財務之間溝通的橋樑,確保業務活動的順利進行和財務數據的準確記錄。
  2. 熟悉內地及香港人力資源及社會保障局的相關政策及稅收政策,曾從事相關人力資源產業並從事相關財務工作(5年以上工作經驗),能夠建立業務部門與財務部門之間有效的溝通機制,確保雙方資訊交流的順暢。
  3. 業務財務一體化人員能夠優化業務流程和財務管理流程,幫助企業提高工作效率,減少不必要的行政負擔,進而提高企業的整體營運效率。
  4. 確保經營活動符合財務法規和內控要求,有助於企業規避違規風險,確保合規。
  5. 擁有使用ERP,CRM和EOR的相關經驗並建立了相關的業務和財務系統,並有效管理香港與內地之間的業務。


透過組織培訓活動,提高員工對業務與財務整合的理解和應用能力,確保員工能夠使用相關係統和工具,推動業務與財務整合的深入實施。
