- We are looking for ASSISTANT MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Merchandising Manager
- Work in Merchandising team of 3 members
- Work with customers on product development and costing
- Accurately estimate the production and material costs
- Responsible for product development, lab testing and production follow up
- Monitor daily merchandising flow from quotation, development to production
- Participate in price negotiation, liaison with customers on various stages of samples development, orders processing to shipments
- Follow sample and production orders to ensure quality standards and enhance customers satisfaction
- Follow-up orders with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with production team to ensure the quality and on-time delivery
- Providing full support to merchandising team and orders follow-up work
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 3+ years experience merchcandising/sales/marketing in toys industry
- Solid exposure to product development is highly prefer
- Experience in servicing theme park customer for global market is a big plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- 2-3 trips per year to bring customers for factory visits
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
