THE COMPANY :
- Swiss multinational company
- Brand owner : transformer boards, insulating paper and components
- HK office : trading company for Asia Pacific market
- Factories : 30+ production sites located globally
- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- F.5 graduates or above
- Diploma holder is a plus
- 2+ years experience in order processing / customer service / sales admin / logistics / shipping
- Experience in trading, manufacturing or buying offices
- Experience in Asia Pacific market is a plus
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Knowledge in I/E shipping document is a big plus
- Work in Customer Service team of 3-4 members
- Perform order management & coordinate I/E shipment for assigned customers in Asia Pacific region
- Coordinate with logistics service providers, customers and factories for shipment arrangement
- Monitor order status to meet delivery deadline
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary
