Assistant IT Officer

Company Overview

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily technical support and troubleshooting to the endusers;
IT inventory management, online meeting/ video conference tool setup;
Support in OA applications, IT systems and user workstations;
Pre-deploy computers with required software and network access;
Assist in system upgrading, testing and maintenance;
Conduct general IT related clerical works and data analysis;
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or related disciplines;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT system service support;
Experiences in computer networking is an advantage;
Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML;
Experience in Microsoft Office productivity software and automation tools;
Good communication skill, analytical mind, good trouble-shooting skills;
Passionate about the new technologies, good team player and be proactive;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good command of Mandarin is an advantage;
Fresh graduates will also be considered;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as IT Officer.
