Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues;
- IT inventory and asset management;
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, including mobile device, printer, fax machine, video conference equipment, telephone system, computer and email installation;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network security, safety and remote connection;
- Responsible for software, hardware, IT equipment procurement and vendor management;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in IT system service support;
- Experiences in computer networking is an advantage;
- Good communication skill, analytical mind, good trouble-shooting skills;
- Good command in both spoken English and Chinese.
