Company Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations as well as other HR projects.
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Over 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
- Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong and PRC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
- Good PC skills
