The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
We are currently recruiting the following position to join the Authority.
Manager, Land & Property (Ref: R4410)
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing Hotel, Office and Residential (HOR) / Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) developments and land administration in West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD);
- contributing to business planning of HOR/RDE developments in WKCD;
- collaborating with relevant stakeholders in preparation of HOR/RDE development tenders and related agreements;
- managing the quality and timely delivery of project feasibility studies and consultancies;
- providing support to Management in connection with reporting to senior management, the Board and its Committees; and
- supporting Management to resolve complex HOR/RDE development issues with a creative mindset.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree in real estate, surveying, business or related disciplines;
- preferably to have membership of appropriate professional institution;
- have around 8 years of relevant experience in land and property development, preferably in relation to property development projects of public organisations;
- have experience in liasing with developers on development requirement, interfaces and programme;
- possess strong interpersonal skills and be very proficient in written communication skills; and
- preferably have previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment or tourism sector.
