Job Responsibilities:

• Work across departments to generate new ideas that drive the strategic goals for the commercial department
• Contribute to the commercial product roadmap from RFI, vendor selection and throughout implementation
• Responsible for establishing success metrics and continuous optimization
• Conduct comparative analysis against competitors and identifies new digital opportunities to fill product gaps that drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision with key stakeholders by completing ROI models
• Work with business partners to balance business & technical objectives and technology partners to deliver the product that meets reliability, scalability, and performance goals
• Monitor product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class commercial technology
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 5 years of development experience
• Familiar with the AdTech industry and have experience leading the implementation across the majority of the following AdTech solutions
• Knowledgeable in Header bidding (ideally Pre-Bid .JS), SSPs/DSPs, server-side integration, Ad verification, video Adtech, native platforms, analytics platforms, data platforms, Ad servers (Google Ad Manager), Google 360, Google AMP
• Expertise in JavaScript (vue.js / React.js / Angular.js / Node.js), CSS3, HTML5 & PHP
• Understanding of Social media integrations, voice/audio, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce is a plus
