JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Daily works include, but not limited to:

• Arrange daily collection & delivery schedule;
• Accountable for order fulfillment process from order generation, pick/pack to distribution;
• Invoice and packing list preparation;
• Follow up the status of shipment and delivery order;
• Liaise with forwarders and supplier;
• Implement the warehouse planning and strategy to assort the Company’s future development;
• Keep inventory record;
• Formulating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in managing 3PL Logistics / warehouse fields;
• Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-focus, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, ‘OpenSource’ WHMS platform;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
• Immediately available is highly preferable
