This Overseas Institutional Sales position will play a vital role in the Business Development department, focusing on maintaining and developing relationships with overseas financial institutions.

Description

As an Institutional Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and cultivate relationships with institutional clients outside of Mainland China, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with institutional clients, taking responsibility for fundraising outcomes.
• Provide efficient and professional support to Portfolio Managers and adhere to client instructions at all times.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of industry standards, with a strong focus on due diligence procedures, anti-money laundering, and compliance regulations.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, representing the firm professionally in external engagements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Institutional Sales should have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of demonstrated success in overseas sales, with a comprehensive understanding of the fundraising process (including client acquisition, roadshows, due diligence, etc.).
• Solid experience in fund houses, family offices, or other financial institutions. Candidates with hedge fund experience and a well-established client network in regions such as Hong Kong, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East will be prioritized.
• Highly motivated individual with a dynamic personality; proactive, responsive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment while under pressure to meet objectives.
• Exceptional presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English are required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
