DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

* Provide secretariat support on the monthly Risk Executive Committee, organizing the meeting, consolidating the materials, summarizing the key risk profiles for Senior Risk Executive and preparation of the minutes

* Project manage on resolution planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and liaising with Head Office for alignment

* Manage and support resolution planning working group meeting and Project Steering Committee

* Support construction and review of resolution plan and information submission to regulator as well as supporting ongoing regulatory liaison & examination

* Formulate, review, and update resolution planning policies, guidelines, and procedures where applicable

* Provide update on the progress of resolution planning to local risk committees

Requirements

* Degree holder (or equivalent) in Finance, Legal, Risk, accountancy or business-related discipline

* Over 10 years of experience in financial institutions in risk / legal / finance background with strong analytical skills

* Prior experience on resolution planning or project management is an advantage

* Ability to work under pressure and deal with problems as and when they arise

* Experience with engaging and communicating with Regulators

* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven experience of communicating effectively at all levels
