Responsibilities
- Launch, operate and continuously review the corporate volunteer management framework, including but not limited to the promotion of volunteer service, recruitment, engagement and retention of volunteers, and consolidation of the corporate volunteer database
- Identify and address volunteer service needs with service units
- Identify and address training needs for volunteers and for staff with responsibility for managing volunteers
- Organize/Coordinate and implement systematic volunteer service trainings
- Launch, operate and continuously review the alumni engagement plan
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Social Work or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in volunteer management and development or related disciplines
- Self-motivated and can work very independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, forward-looking and has system thinking
- Embrace Vision, Mission and Core Values of HOHCS
- Strong passion in the betterment of social welfare of the local community
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
