Responsibilities:
- Working with new business team to define brand strategy and design guideline
- Lead design and support production of go to market products
- Work with content team to design online and offline campaigns
- Apply design strategy in physical environment
- Source production partners and ensure output quality
Requirements:
- 8+ years of working experiences in design industry
- With communication design and production background
- Ability to conduct proper design research and communicate findings to team
- Working experience with multidisciplinary team applying human centered design approach
- Strong portfolio working with international clients and understand agile development process
- Abilities to produce quick mock ups to communicate design direction with a wide range of stakeholders
- With Digital or Physical installation design experience is a plus
- Strong illustration skill
