Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user interview to gather insights and identify user needs
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions
• Create user flows and user scenarios for use case verification
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback for continuous improvement of user experience
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interactions, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in user interface design for mid to large scale computer systems
• Experience in web app / mobile app screen flow design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
