This role is urgent and requires a professional with extensive knowledge in insurance products and preferably Aladdin knowledge. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to vendor management and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our insurance product offerings.

Client Details

Our client is looking for a Test Lead/ Senior Business Analyst in the IT investment Services department of a Top-tier insurance group. Experience in Investment Product is strongly preferred.

Description

• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance products.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into test plans and strategies.
• Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of test results and defects.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or BA Lead in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Preferably familiar with Aladdin software.
• Extensive experience in vendor management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
