Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the Financial Planning team by providing accurate and timely management information and financial support to the divisions and departments
• To undertake the preparation of the Corporate Plan and Annual Business Plan, as well as corporate budgeting, financial projection, business analysis, variance and sensitivity analysis for the Authority
• To drive and manage the continuous development and enhancement of the budgeting system and financial projection model in order to provide timely and insightful financial analytical reports and dashboards for management decision making
• To oversee the financial matters relating tendered redevelopment projects, property sales and leasing of commercial properties
• To be a constructive finance business partner, contributing to business strategy development, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance and organisational efficiency, and supporting digitalisation and automation projects
• To perform any other relevant duties as requested by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or related disciplines
• Relevant professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum 10 years of working experience including at least 6 years in a managerial position with proven track records in financial planning and analysis, preferably in real estate industry
• Proven experience in financial modelling and implementation of planning and budgeting system
• Ability to communicate a vision and purpose to teams and senior management effectively (both verbal and written)
• Excellent problem solving technique and able to work independently to meet with multiple deadlines
• Commercially savvy and good business judgement
• Proficient computer literacy and innovative mindset
