Job Details
Company Overview
- Degree holder in Urban Design / Urban Planning / Architecture or related discipline;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Urban Design or Architecture;
- Able to lead client presentations;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and other relevant design/ presentation software;
- Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills;
- Self-motivated, independent, creative and hardworking;
- Experience in 3D programs such as SketchUp, 3DMax and Rhino will be advantageous;
- Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Mandarin is a must;
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Urban Planner/Designer.
