Training Assistant (1-year contract)

Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of training and development initiatives to fulfill business needs and staff development strategies.
- Design, organize, deliver and evaluate training courses and development programs for department/sections, such as staff orientation, communication skills, etc.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs materials.
- Assist the implementation of projects and course development related to eLearning, corporate values and other new initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain good liaison with stakeholders as to support corporate functions, e.g. external training application, IATA manual requisition, management of training facilities, etc.
- Provide logistics and administrative support for training and development programs.
- Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review and record management.
- Perform any ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned.
- Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Training Assistant.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration/Aviation Industry related or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 4 years’ relevant experience in training and development.
- Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical capability.
- Passion for development people and promoting continuous learning.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Computer literacy, well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Training Officer.
