Job Responsibilities:

• Manage regular compliance and tax planning assignments; coordinate with different departments and liaise with external consultants.
• Conduct research relating to real estate markets, business environment and land/ property matters to assist business planning.
• Assist in managing the HK and SEA property investment portfolio.
• Perform feasibility studies (including budgeting, cashflow and return projection) for property related projects.
• Maintain and update control & filing system as well as databases for information management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or university graduate in accounting, business or related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ practical tax and auditing experience in commercial environment, preferably including the real estate business.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great initiative and flexibility.
• Mature, resourceful and possess a “CAN-DO” spirit.
• Dynamic team-player with good commercial sense.
• Good writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Suitable candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
