Seeking Project Quantity Surveyors & Assistant Quantity Surveyors to work in our clients' offices / site offices in Hong Kong.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience for the PQS position, experience of major building projects, civil engineering experience is also desirable. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor positions.

All candidates should be able to work as part of a team or independently.

5 day working week

Job Responsibilities:

Providing quantity surveying functions by assisting with:

• Contracts administration
• Valuation of variations
• Interim payments, cost control
• Final account preparation
• Quantities take-off / Re-measurement
• Assisting with claims research and substantiation
• Preparation of tender documents
  
  

Job Requirements:

• BSc Quantity Surveying 
• Professional Qualification is required for the PQS position
  
• Minimum 5 years’ contract administration experience on major projects is required.
• Proven ability to work independently essential
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills;
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility;
• Fast learner and a good team player;
• Detail-minded and self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua desirable, but not essential.
• Good computer knowledge.
