Teaching Assistant(s)

Applicants should have a Bachelor degree, preferably a Master degree, in sociology or a social science-related subject.

The appointee(s) will assist with courses in our undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate programmes. Duties include (a) preparation of course materials/ classes; (b) attendance to evening classes and/or daytime classes as assigned without overlap on the same working day; (c) support for teachers’ marking student assignments and student consultation/supervision; (d) assistance in student admission exercise; and (e) other duties as assigned.

The appointment(s) will initially be made on contract basis for one to two years, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
