Major Duties:
(a) Be responsible to plan, execute and co-ordinate various tasks relevant to the project;
(b) Create multimedia content including graphic design, website design, video editing, voice-over recording, infographic and animation;
(c) Report writing and submission;
(d) Perform and/or supervise student helper(s) on demonstration work to visitors;
(e) Provide executive and secretarial support to projects, functions and events; and
(f) Any other work assigned by the project supervisors or principal investigators.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised sub-degree or degree in Art / Web Design / Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design / Information Technology or equivalent;
(b) At least 1 year of relevant work experience in multimedia design and development, artwork design, website design, video production, preferably in an educational institution or comparable organization;
(c) Experience in designing in e-Learning platform is preferred;
(d) High level of proficiency in design software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and any graphic and interactive design or prototyping tools like Canva, Sketch, or Adobe Edge;
(e) Proficient in using MS Office applications;
(f) Good communication and inter-personal skills, a pro-active approach and ability to work independently;
(g) Good command of English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
(h) Immediately available is highly preferred.
Notes:

(2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays.
(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(4) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
