Hysan Development is a public-listed property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong with a major portfolio in high-quality office, retail and residential properties. We are also the largest commercial landlord in the prime office/retail Causeway Bay district. We now invite high calibre candidate to join us for the following position(s).


You will be responsible for assisting the Tenant Services Manager in providing day-to-day building management services to high-end commercial/residential property within the assigned portfolio. You are required to lead a team of building management staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all building facilities and to deliver first class services to our tenants and customers.

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, with security personnel permit will be an advantage 
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property management at supervisory level
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and willing to work on shift duty
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills
