We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing messages and coordinate requests for different Passenger Information for daily operations, regular maintenance and project works, e.g. notices, labels and signage, for use in the MTR network
• Assist in developing communication materials to support the daily operations of transport services
• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and update online and offline passenger communications on transport services
• Manage the data documentation and scheduling for various aspects of passenger information displays and Public Announcement (PA) in the MTR network
• Conduct regular station audits and visits
• Provide general administrative duties as assigned for the team 

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience, preferably in customer service-related industries
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and with customer-centric mindset
• Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Appointment will be made on six-month temporary contract terms
