We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support for leasing administration and documentation, including preparation of letters and contracts, filing, data entry as well as administrative support for fitting-out submissions
• Assist in managing administrative systems related to training, billing, purchase requisition and budgeting
• Maintain proper documentation, compile data / reports, handle phone enquiries and support on-site leasing matters of station shops

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience 
• Be meticulous and able to work independently
• Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as English and Chinese word processing, Excel, PowerPoint

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on six-month temporary contract terms
