Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

Providing frontline student services including counter, emails and/or hotline services;
Performing general clerical duties, including but not limited to administrative tasks such as data entry, records handling, documents filing and operations logistics support; and
Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese Languages, or at least 5 subjects with Grade E or above in HKCEE including English & Chinese Languages, or equivalent;
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
Good computer skills; and
Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Duration of Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed for the period between June 2025 and August 2025 (3 months).

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The Registry is a key central administrative unit of the University supporting it in providing quality higher education. We administer and deliver a broad range of student and academic services, such as admissions, registration, quality assurance, class scheduling, examinations, and graduation.
