Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily report on receipt application
• Monitor receipt allocation and ensure that it is performed in a timely manner
• Resolve queries on receipt allocation, short/over payments, claims, unauthorized deductions, etc.
• Maintenance of customer master records
• Compile weekly reports on overdue items
• Backup the Credit Controllers during their absence
• Coordinate with Finance team and sales rep office on banking matters
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Student member/member of recognized accounting bodies
• 1-2 years of commercial experience in a multinational environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Knowledge in sales order processing
• Experience in using SAP
