Description

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational culture
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract, source, and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client positions
• Consultative Approach: Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to enhance their hiring processes
• Negotiation: Manage the offer process, negotiate salaries, and facilitate discussions between clients and candidates
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client information in the recruitment database
• Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, business development or sales is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
