Job Duties:

• Provide technical support and advice to our existing customers
• Provide Technical Support and advice to internal users
• Be responsible for delivery of security product solutions; and 
• Ensure Support Service Level is met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate is welcome
• Experience in application, system / network solution and database support will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication with interpersonal & analytical skills
