Company Overview

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform software configuration and customization especially on the workflow system
  • Obtain and analyze business requirments and document technical solutions
  • Perform screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integration
  • Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests
  • To search for new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' experiences supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the workflow system or relevant experiences
  • Hands-on experiences in programming language of JavaScript, PHP, HTML or HTML 5
  • Experience in the system development life cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirment analysis and system design
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
  • ITIL certification is a plus
